CMB approves 3 public offerings
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the initial public offering of Hat-San Ship Construction Maintenance Repair Marine Transportation Industry and Trade Inc. at 22.60 liras, Reeder Technology Industry and Trade Inc. at 9.30 liras, and Adra Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. at 22.66 liras. According to the CMB weekly bulletin, the board approved the debt instrument issuance application of ZİP Finansman AŞ for 100 million TL, Optima Factoring AŞ for 150 million TL, Ata Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 200 million TL, Akça Kimyevi Maddeler Nakliyat Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ for 337 million TL, Alternatif Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion 100 million TL, Garanti Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 6 billion TL, Ak Factoring AŞ for 215 million 400 thousand TL, Turk Finansman AŞ for 700 million TL, Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi AŞ for 1 billion TL, Halk Finansal Kiralama AŞ and Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 2 billion TL, Türk Ekonomi Bankası AŞ for 11 billion TL and Türkiye İş Bankası AŞ for 2 billion USD. The CMB has decided to take the necessary legal action to block access to 58 websites that were determined to be providing leveraged transactions abroad via the internet to persons resident in Turkey. The Board has decided to approve the request of Azimut Portfolio Management Inc. regarding the issuance of participation shares of the Azimut Portfolio 22.0 Free (FX-Euro) Fund to be issued under the Azimut Portfolio Management Inc. Free Umbrella Fund.
