İş GYO has decided to sell the parcel on which Marmarapark Shopping Mall is located, along with two adjacent parcels, for a total amount of 3.0 billion TL. According to the company's statement to the Public Disclosure Platform, the Board of Directors resolved on 23.10.2024 that, following the written notice from the upper rights holder company indicating it would not exercise its preemptive right on parcel number 110, all specified parcels, located in Esenyurt District, Istanbul, will be sold to Kuzey Marmara Perakende Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for 2,727,273,000 TL plus VAT. The total sale price, including VAT, amounts to 3,000,000,300 TL, which is to be collected in cash, in full, on the date of the deed transfer.
