Emlak Konut REIT reported the sale of 2,143 independent units with a total contract value of 21,255,631,176 TL between January 1 and September 30. According to a statement, during this period, the company achieved sales of gross 266,623 square meters, amounting to a total contract value of 21,255,631,176 TL (excluding VAT). Of these sales, 88 units, valued at 1,371,775,168 TL (excluding VAT), were sold to foreign nationals. The company emphasized its commitment to achieving its set targets. The reported sales figures include units whose sales have been finalized through both the sales/marketing directorate and sales offices. There may be reductions due to buyers withdrawing or cancelling contracts, or the seller terminating agreements.
